UniWord is a language learning application designed to help users learn vocabulary, improve language skills, track learning progress, and use optional account-based features such as cloud sync or backup.

You agree to use UniWord only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use UniWord.

If you are under the required age, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features of UniWord may require you to sign in using a supported third-party provider such as Google.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account, keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and all activity that occurs through your account.

You must not impersonate another person or use the app in any misleading, harmful, or unauthorized manner.

When using UniWord, you agree that you will not:

UniWord may store your learning progress, app settings, and related usage data locally on your device and, where available, through account-based cloud features.

You understand that some features may depend on device compatibility, account status, or internet access; sync, backup, or restore features may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted; and you are responsible for reviewing your account choices and device settings.

At this time, in-app account deletion may not be available.

If you would like to request deletion of your UniWord account or associated data, you may contact us by email using the address listed below. We will review and process eligible requests in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of UniWord is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using UniWord, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

All rights, title, and interest in UniWord, including its branding, design, software, features, text, graphics, and content, remain the property of UniWord or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the app except as permitted by applicable law.

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of UniWord at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to UniWord if we reasonably believe that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, suitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniWord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app.

UniWord may introduce advertisements, premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future.

If introduced, additional terms or store platform rules may apply.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above.

Continued use of UniWord after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
